The Indiana Pacers have been struggling to make an impact in the Eastern Conference this season, but they are hoping to change that.

The team’s front office is surely looking ahead and formulating some plans to right the wrongs and climb up the standings.

According to Michael Scotto, the Pacers are waiving center Moses Brown.

Brown appeared in nine games for the Pacers and averaged 3.2 points in 5.1 minutes per game.

Will this open the door for more moves from Indiana soon?

Brown has had a hard time sticking with one team during his five seasons in the NBA.

He has played for the Portland Trail Blazers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Dallas Mavericks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, Blazers, and finally the Pacers.

It’s not clear what is next for him and where he will play.

It’s also not clear what the Pacers will do after waiving Brown.

Are they opening up roster spaces so they can improve their lineup in the months ahead?

Are they planning some big or just minor adjustments?

The Pacers are 10-15 right now and the ninth team in the East.

They have faced several problems this season, and it looks like it’ll take a big effort to return to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Brown obviously isn’t the cause of these problems, but waiving him is a sign that Indiana could be preparing to make adjustments soon.

Pacers fans will now wait to see what happens next and if their team will improve before the playoffs.
