Hyderabad: MLA Kadiam Srihari stated that K.T. Rama Rao is celebrating the BJP's victory in the Delhi elections. He criticised the BRS government, accusing it of failing to develop the state over the past 10 years.
Srihari claimed that the AAP's defeat in Delhi was due to its association with the BRS. He also opined that if AAP and Congress had contested the elections together, they would have had a chance to form the government.
Regarding the MLAs' disqualification petition, he said the matter is under the court's purview, and they will abide by the decision. "If a bypoll is held, I will not run away—I will fight," he asserted.
Furthermore, he stated that the BRS has no moral right to speak on defections, accusing the party of undermining democracy.
