Judges’ ass faults attack on judge
Hyderabad:The Telangana Judges’ Association on Thursday strongly condemned the attack on a woman judge by an accused inside the Rangareddy District Court premises at LB Nagar.
Association president K. Prabhakar Rao, Principal District Judge, general secretary K. Murali Mohan, Additional District Judge, and vice presidents Sudarshan and Srivani denounced the assault on the District and Sessions Judge.
The judicial officer had recently sentenced the accused to life imprisonment in an attempted murder case. On Thursday, while she was handling another criminal case against the same accused, he suddenly attacked her in open court and issued threats against her and her family for convicting him.
The association condemned the attack as highly objectionable and deplorable.
