Uttam reaffirms commitment to making Hyderabad a Global Investment Hub

Hyderabad, Jan. 28: Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy reiterated the Congress government’s vision to transform Hyderabad into a global investment destination at the Hyderabad Real Estate Summit 2025 held at HICC, Madhapur.
He emphasised Hyderabad’s robust infrastructure, skilled workforce, and cosmopolitan culture as key strengths. Highlighting past Congress-led initiatives like the Outer Ring Road, Shamshabad Airport, and Metro Rail, he credited them for Hyderabad's rise as a leading city.
Uttam lauded the Rs. 1.78 lakh crore investments secured at the recent WEF summit in Davos, underscoring the government’s 24x7 commitment to addressing real estate challenges.
Initiatives like Metro Rail expansion, a Skill University, a Sports University, and the Musi Rejuvenation Project were highlighted as steps toward enhancing urban development and connectivity.
He reassured developers of the government’s support in fostering a safe, business-friendly environment and pledged to ensure Hyderabad’s sustainable growth and prosperity.
