Visakhapatnam: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached assets belonging to firms linked to former YSRC MP M.V.V. Satyanarayana.
The ED attached 14 immovable properties worth Rs 42.03 crore and six movable properties valued at Rs 2.71 crore under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. The action is part of an investigation into the fraudulent alienation of 12.51 acres of land allotted by the Andhra Pradesh government to M/s Hayagreeva Farms & Developers for housing projects meant for senior citizens and orphans.
The attached properties belong to M/s MVV Builders, M/s Hayagreeva Infratech Projects Limited, Gadde Brahmaji and his wife, Chilukuri Jagadeeswarudu, Chilukuri Radha Rani, M/s Hayagreeva Projects, and Varanasi Dileef.
