Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy paid glowing tributes to former Union Minister and parliamentarian S. Jaipal Reddy on his birth anniversary on Thursday. The CM extolled Jaipal Reddy's contributions in realising the dream of statehood for Telangana and highlighted his unwavering commitment to moral values throughout his political career. Revanth Reddy garlanded a portrait of Jaipal Reddy at his official residence in Delhi. The CM lauded Jaipal Reddy’s journey from humble beginnings in a village to becoming a prominent figure in Indian politics. "Jaipal Reddy ascended the ladder of his political career by strictly practising moral values. His remarkable speeches, both as an MLA in the undivided Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and as a member of the Indian Parliament, earned him the title of the best parliamentarian in the country," said the Chief Minister. The event was attended by several prominent leaders, including revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Zaheerabad MP Suresh Shetkar, Bellampalli MLA Gaddam Vinod, Parigi MLA T. Rammohan Reddy, and government adviser Shabbir Ali. The attendees joined in remembering Jaipal Reddy’s immense contributions to Indian politics.
