Kendrick Perkins Makes A Prediction About When LeBron James Will Retire

The Los Angeles Lakers have gone up and down this season.

They’re currently 11-8 and in the sixth spot in the Western Conference.

Unfortunately, most of those wins have come against not-so-great teams.

They have left some serious doubt when they’ve gone against winning teams, and they don’t seem to be a championship-caliber team right now.

With that in mind, former NBA champion Kendrick Perkins argued that this might be LeBron James’ final season in the NBA (via Legion Hoops).

Perkins played with LeBron, so perhaps he knows something the rest of us don’t.

James has been as good as always this season, averaging 22.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 9.1 assists per game on 49% from the floor.

Then again, his recent hiatus from social media made it seem that he’s not enjoying this time as much as he used to.

Even so, it’s not like he has anything left to prove.

He keeps breaking records almost nightly, and if someone still doesn’t think he’s the GOAT, that’s not likely to change any time soon.

James fan or not, everybody has to admit that what he’s doing at this age is remarkable.

And if he decides to ride into the sunset while still playing at a high level, so be it; he’s earned the right to choose how he goes.
