Telangana High Court rejects Mohan Babu’s anticipatory bail plea
Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has rejected anticipatory bail petition of actor Mohan Babu who is currently in Tirupati, according to his lawyer. The petition was filed citing medical reasons. The actor is dealing with heart and nerve-related health issues. This comes after a case was lodged against him for allegedly attacking a journalist. The assistant public prosecutor (APP) opposed the granting of anticipatory bail to Mohan Babu. Telangana DGP Jitender recently said that legal action would be taken against Mohan Babu as per the law.
