Hyderabad: Telangana is experiencing an unseasonably warm spell, with temperatures rising sharply.
The state is feeling the heat of summer even in February, with a noticeable decrease in humidity contributing to the rising temperatures. The Meteorological Department reports temperatures have jumped from 32 to 36 degrees Celsius, which is 3 to 4 degrees above the normal for this time of year. Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Hanamkonda, and Medak districts have recorded particularly high temperatures. The Met Department forecasts these elevated temperatures will persist for another week before cooling down.
