Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 1 [1st Friday]

With an estimated ₹12.58 crore (net) since Friday, the recently released action movie Sky Force made a solid debut at the domestic box office this week. The “untold story of India’s first and deadliest airstrike” is told in the Bollywood movie, which stars Akshay Kumar and newcomer Veer Pahariya.

The film centers on Pahariya’s character, IAF officer T Vijaya, who disappears while serving during the 1965 India-Pakistan War. Akshay Kumar portrays KO Ahuja, a fellow IAF officer who sets out on a quest to track down Vijaya. Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur play important parts in Sky Force as well.

Sandeep Kelwani and Abhishek Kapur co-directed the movie, which was produced by Maddock Films, owned by Dinesh Vijan.
