In 6 months, AP witnessed a growth rate of 12.94%: Chandrababu Naidu
The TD coalition government had released seven White Papers in the last nine months
Amaravati: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that development is possible only under efficient leadership. Wealth has to be created and then distributed to the poor, he said.
Naidu was addressing ministers, secretaries of various departments at the Secretariat.
"The state has suffered on various fronts during the last five years. We are overcoming every trouble and moving ahead slowly. In six months, there was a growth rate of 12.94%," he said.
He told the officials to expedite their work and fasten clearance of files. Whenever a new government is formed, there used to be a new challenge but this is the first time that we are facing many problems, he said.
The TD coalition government had released seven White Papers� in the last nine months. "We are trying to revive the administration system. As mentioned in the Swarnandhra-2047 vision, the economic system should witness 15% growth rate and stabilize there. There is a need to clear the debts. There are no economic sources to the government and the officials are also not changing but if we need to witness a difference, there should be accountability," he said.
