25 years of Thiruvalluvar statue
Chennai: Chief Minister M K Stalin celebrated the 25th anniversary of the setting up of a 'skyhigh' statue of Thiruvalluvar at Kanyakumari, ‘where the nation begins,’ by M Karunanidhi and said that it was a ‘statue of wisdom.’ In a message on X, Stalin said Thiruvallur, who gave the world the classical Tamil literary work ‘Thirukural’ was an advocate of equality.
