In a recent interview with SiriusXM NBA Radio, former Lakers star Mychal Thompson claimed that the fans were already calling the team the “Los Angeles Lukas.”

He claimed that tickets for Luka’s potential debut against the Utah Jazz are selling like freshly baked bread, even though the Jazz are one of the league’s worst teams.

Jersey sales are set to skyrocket, and he’s going to help elevate an already massive global brand to even greater heights.

If that wasn’t enough, being able to rely on him will most likely help extend LeBron James’ career.
