The Phoenix Suns’ decision to trade for Bradley Beal was always met with skepticism.
They would no longer have a traditional point guard, and they would commit a lot of money to a player who was hurt more often than not.
Fast forward to today, and the returns haven’t been good at all.
They wound up having to sign a traditional playmaker like Tyus Jones this offseason, and Beal hasn’t been all that impressive.
That’s why it’s not much of a surprise to see him being tangled up in trade rumors once again.
When asked about that, the former Washington Wizards star claimed that he was already used to that, adding that he wouldn’t give that a lot of thought because he’s still a Phoenix Sun (Via Duane Rankin).
"Until one of them come say something to me or talks to me, it's just out there. I'm a Phoenix Sun and I'm here and I'm in the uniform. I don't pay attention to that. They did that with me for 10 years."

He added that until someone tells him anything, that’s going to be the case.
Beal has been hurt a lot since he arrived in the desert.
He’s their third-scoring option, and while that was always the plan because they have two better players in Devin Booker and Kevin Durant, they’re paying him north of $50 million to average 17 points per game.
Beal’s massive contract has always been one of the most questionable in the league.
Not only is he making top dollar but he also has a no-trade clause, pretty much giving him an opportunity to dictate his next destination regardless of the trade package the Suns could get for him.
This wasn’t hard to predict at all, and the Suns might not be able to move on from him.
