Despite child custody bills, Robyn Brown and Kody Brown have reportedly added a new home to their real estate portfolio.

According to a scathing post by Katie Paulson, the host of "Without a Crystal Ball," Kody and his only remaining wife spent a significant sum on a Flagstaff property.

The purchase came amid Kody Brown's alleged debts to his former wives, Christine, Janelle, and Meri Brown. Not only did he and Robyn spend a considerable amount on the home, but they also had to shell out more money for the mortgage.

In an Instagram post, Paulson shared 11 shocking facts about Kody and Robyn's recent real estate purchase. "By now, most people know that Kody & Robyn Brown closed on a $2.1 million home in Flagstaff on Thursday," she noted in the caption, adding:

"Here are a few shocking details: The home was purchased in the name of a Revocable Trust called white stone trust. The couple formed the trust in September 2023."

"Revocable Trusts do not protect the homeowners from claims by creditors, child support claims or liens," Paulson explained. She noted the purchase would force Christine to add the trust to her lawsuit against Kody to ensure he did not walk off with assets.

"Kody & Robyn did not need a new home & the purchase was made while the couple still owed money to Janelle & Meri. Additionally, Kody has not paid any child support to Christine since she left in 2021," Paulson stressed in the caption.

According to the post, Kody and Robyn were barred from selling their current home due to an injunction in Utah. "Child support cases are transferable between states, and jurisdiction is always based upon where the primary custodian lives," Paulson explained.

Kody must, therefore, abide by the orders of the Utah Court and not sell his home amid his child support case. "Child support is a requirement under the law in both Utah & Arizona. Non-payment of child support can result in fines and imprisonment," the post stressed.

Besides shelling out $2.1 million on the home, the couple must reportedly pay over $11,000 to cover two mortgage payments. However, this bill did not affect the amount Kody had to cough up for child support. Instead, it could inflate the sum he had to pay.

Paulson claimed the purchase would play "a huge role in the child custody case because Kody provided income to support a massive mortgage." She continued, "This means his likely child support payment to Christine will be in the thousands per month."

The media personality also gave an overview of the Flagstaff property, noting its main house featured "5500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and an office that can be converted into a bedroom."

"The guesthouse/shed is built in conjunction with a garage. The space has 2200 sq ft, 2 bathrooms, and 1 bedroom." The home was built in 2002, per the post, and has had four owners. The previous landlords attempted remodeling the house but never completed the project.

Paulson doubled down on her claims about the "Sister Wives" stars, alleging, "Kody & Robyn do not need this home. This appears to be a way for Kody to hide assets from the ex-wives."

Her words sparked similar sentiments from fans, who bashed Kody and Robyn for their horrible behavior. An individual slammed the patriarch for withholding his ex-wives' funds, partly writing:

"This is insane. Pay your damn child support and pay Meri and Janelle their Coyote Pass money. These two make me sick with this behavior."

"He has never made a sensible financial decision," another noted. "Kody, can you man up and pay Janelle and Mary the money you owe them? And I hope Christine nails you to that cross," a third added.

The Blast reported that Kody and Robyn had removed their Arizona property from the market earlier this month following Christine's lawsuit. Weeks after the home was listed for $1,650,000, it disappeared without any sale records.

Although the couple did not share a reason for the sale removal, it might be linked to Kody's ongoing custody battle. In September, Christine asked the court to establish her daughter Truely's paternity as her ex-husband's name was not on her birth certificate.

She also requested domestic relations injunctions to restrict both parties from harassment, domestic violence, and taking the children for nonroutine travel without the court's permission. Christine sued Kody for child support and custody of their daughter.

Christine Brown was the first of four wives to divorce Kody Brown. Her daughter has been living with her in Utah since the separation and has a new stepfather, David Woolley.
