Viktor Gyökeres is attracting interest from several top European clubs as 2025 nears, with Sporting Lisbon reportedly open to selling their star striker.

According to Foot Mercato, the relationship between Luis Enrique and Luís Campos has shifted, with Campos now taking a more cautious approach to their collaboration.

Campos has begun looking into the possibility of signing Gyökeres and has even met with the player’s representatives. However, when he discussed it with Enrique, the coach raised some concerns.

SPORT reports that Barcelona are contemplating a €70 million bid for Gyökeres, which would include a loan back to Sporting for another season.

Sources told CaughtOffside on Thursday that Newcastle is prepared to make a bold move for Gyökeres if they lose Alexander Isak, though they are not expected to pursue him in the January transfer window.
