The Los Angeles Lakers experienced another disheartening loss on Sunday night and fans are growing restless.
Following a defeat at the hands of the Clippers, head coach JJ Redick opened up about how tough this season has been for his team
While he was clear that things would remain difficult for the Lakers, he was also adamant that he and his squad weren’t giving up.
“Nothing is going to be easy for our team. And I figured that out very early in the season. And that’s OK. We’re going to keep fighting,” Redick said, via Dan Woike, per Legion Hoops.

The Lakers now hold a 22-18 record and are the sixth seed in the West.
Over the last few weeks, they have bounced around the standings and haven’t remained consistent, even with the recent additions of Dorian Finney-Smith and Shake Milton.
They have had some important victories that gave fans hope, but then they have had disappointing losses and games that were far closer than expected.
There is a lot to be worried about with this team.
During Sunday’s game, they were outscored 116-102 by the Clippers, not able to get it together on offense or slow the Clippers down on the other end of the court.
Redick doesn’t think things are easy for his team, and he is okay with that because he wants them to have a fighting spirit for the whole season.
Sadly, some fans don’t see that sort of enthusiastic and driven energy during every game.
They complain that the Lakers often go too easy on themselves and aren’t dedicated enough.
If they want to be playoff contenders, they will have to find more fight than they have now.
How is that possible?
