After more than five seasons with the Utah Jazz, Jordan Clarkson might be leaving the team.
The former Sixth Man of the Year could be nearing his departure from Utah, according to new reporting from Evan Sidery.
Writing on X, Sidery said Clarkson has been “boosting his trade value” over the last two weeks with an average of 18.6 points and 4.6 assists on a 60.5 true shooting percentage and 48.5 percent from the three-point line.
Sidery added:
“Clarkson is very likely to be traded from Utah by the deadline with active interest coming from multiple contending teams.”

Clarkson has averaged 17.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.3 assists during his years with the Jazz.
Before that, he played for the Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers.
For a few seasons, it seemed like Clarkson would never leave the Jazz.
He has been with the team through thick and thin and was a member of the roster when they sat at the top of the Western Conference standings and continues to play hard even now as they are 14th in their conference.
As noted by Sidery, Clarkson will receive interest from multiple teams, although it’s not clear which one will be lucky enough to acquire him.
This is a sign that the Jazz are contemplating big moves with their roster before the upcoming NBA trade deadline.
They have typically been unwilling to shake things up and have been sitting on the same roster.
But even though they are willing to move Clarkson doesn’t mean they will do it for cheap.
You can expect the front office to demand a lot in return for Clarkson and his skills.
