The Golden State Warriors made their first big move of the season.
They got on the phone and landed Dennis Schroder from the Brooklyn Nets.
They sent De’Anthony Melton, who’s out for the season with an injury, and some second-round picks in return for the veteran point guard and draft compensation.
However, as much as Schroder could give the team a strong scoring punch off the bench, he might not even finish the season in the Bay area.
According to a report by Shams Charania of ESPN (via ClutchPoints), the Warriors will continue aggressively pursuing another star to pair with Stephen Curry.
