The Los Angeles Lakers are struggling again, so it’s only natural that rumors about LeBron James’ future are popping up.
People are asking if he will remain with the Lakers or try his luck with another team.
If he did decide his time with the Lakers was over, multiple teams would leap at the chance to sign James—but where would he go?
Speaking with Heavy, via NBACentral, one unnamed NBA executive said James should consider playing with the Sacramento Kings.
The anonymous source said:
“LeBron would take Fox and Sabonis and elevate the hell out of them — particularly Fox. With that threesome, those guys could be a force.”

James has definitely had a few issues this season, but he is still playing wonderful basketball, especially for a man who will be 40 years old in just a few weeks.
He is averaging 23.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 9.1 assists per game, shooting 49.5 percent from the field.
Yes, the Lakers aren’t doing as well as they had hoped, but all reports have said James has no inclination to leave them now.
And if he did, would he really go to a team that is several spots lower in the standings?
James doesn’t have a lot of time left in his career, so why would he move to a team that is also far from being a championship contender?
James doesn’t want to leave Los Angeles for Sacramento or anywhere else, but he does want the front office to make moves and improve the roster.
With little cash and limited options, can the Lakers make that happen?
