Paul George Leaves Game With Hyperextended Knee, Will Undergo Further Testing On Thursday
Paul George left the Philadelphia 76ers' 117-111 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies in the second half due to a hyperextended knee. George, who did not return to the game, will undergo further testing on Thursday. George hyperextended the same knee earlier this preseason and missed five regular season games. Nick Nurse ruled out structural damage to the knee. "I think they said it was similar to last time, which was a bone bruise, I think. He was actually fairly close to coming back in the game, but then it kind of stiffened up as he got out a little bit more, so I decided not to, and now we got to take a look at it, make sure," said Nurse.
