There is unanimous agreement that Duke star Cooper Flagg will be the top pick in the 2025 NBA draft.

But no one is sure which team will be granted the right to draft him.

However, Legion Hoops pointed out on X that the Toronto Raptors have lost 10 straight games.

“Capture the Flagg?” they asked, suggesting the Raptors are purposely tanking so they can get Flagg on their roster next season.
