Another high-profile team, Manchester United, has joined the list of suitors for Theo Hernandez, whose future at Milan is at risk due to a short-term contract, until 2026, and a thorny negotiation to extend it. The parties don’t seem close, even though director Geoffrey Moncada voiced his optimism in a recent interview.

According to Corriere dello Sport (via Fantacalcio), the Red Devils have laid eyes on the Frenchman due to issues at the position. Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia have had trouble staying healthy in the last couple of seasons. They have often had to adapt Nassour Mazraoui.

Manchester United would have an easier time meeting the contractual demands of Theo Hernandez than Milan. The Rossoneri have reportedly offered him close to €6M, including bonuses, but it wasn’t enough to shake hands yet.
