Luka Doncic Has Impressive 3-Point Scoring Streak In NBA

The Los Angeles Lakers are still adjusting to the presence of Luka Doncic on their roster.

That means they are learning how to play with one of the best offensive stars the league has seen in decades.

Doncic can get red-hot from the floor, especially from beyond the three-point line.

As pointed out by StatMuse, Doncic has scored at least one three-pointer in 95 straight games.

That is the longest active streak in the NBA and one he hopes will continue for a very long time.

He scored his three-pointer on Wednesday, but just barely.

Doncic had a rough night offensively and shot 1-of-9 from beyond the arc and 5-of-18 from the field.

It’s not common for Doncic to be so cold from that part of the court, but he has had a few games with poor three-point shooting.

So far, he has gone 4-of-24 from downtown since joining the Lakers.

However, fans are reminding themselves that Doncic is still finding his rhythm after a month on the sidelines because of an injury.

They know that he could soon be scoring a lot better and could be producing clutch shots just like he did for the Dallas Mavericks.

Doncic isn’t all about three-pointers, of course, and this season he has sank 45.4 percent of all shots.

He is a true force to be reckoned with and can add a lot of points to the Lakers’ box score.

Right now, he is shaking off rust and continuing to heal, but there is every reason to believe he will look much better soon and his streak of three-pointers will continue.
