Karl-Anthony Towns and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander have been named the NBA's Players of the Month for December. Towns averaged 23.2 points and 14.6 rebounds in December as the New York Knicks went 12-2. Gilgeous-Alexander averaged 33.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 2.5 steals as the Oklahoma City Thunder went 12-1. Gilgeous-Alexander also won the award in November.
