Gilbert Arenas Says Bronny James Isn’t ‘Hungry Enough’

Bronny James has spent a lot of time in the G League this season, working on his skills and potentially preparing for a return to the NBA as a bigger and better star.

But James might need more than skills to make his way back to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Speaking on his show, Gilbert Arenas agreed that James needs to be “hungrier” if he wishes to take to the court with his dad and the Lakers again soon.

He referenced Quincy Olivari, who plays like his “back is against the wall.”

Speaking of Olivari, Arenas said:

“You wanna work out with that everyday. He’s better than you and he’s hungrier.”

Bronny needs to be hungrier to make it in the league
