A rumor about the Milwaukee Bucks trading for Jimmy Butler has gained a lot of attention this week and it doesn’t seem to be going away.
The team’s interest in Butler seems very real and they reportedly are willing to give up one of their biggest stars to trade for him.
“Amid rumors surrounding Butler and the Bucks possibly emerging as the main dark horse to land him in a trade deadline blockbuster, the one thing that everyone needs to be aware of is that Milwaukee is a second apron team. … Aside from Miami’s opinion on what the Bucks have to offer, this is the only real scenario in which Milwaukee would be willing to move [Khris] Middleton before this year’s trade deadline, sources said,” Brett Siegel reported, via NBACentral.

This shows just how serious the Bucks are about getting Butler.
Even with his multiple injuries, Middleton remains a big part of the team and a crucial element in their chemistry.
This year, he has averaged 12.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.9 assists through 16 games.
Siegel said the Bucks have emerged as “the main dark horse” to land Butler, which means they may have a legitimate chance of trading for the star.
Would Middleton be appealing to the Heat or would they move him to a third team involved in any potential deal?
Butler may or may not want to play for the Bucks and has made it clear that he would be happy to suit up with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker on the Phoenix Suns.
But the Heat aren’t paying any attention to Butler’s desires and will only commit to a trade that gives them what they want.
If the Bucks can put a good deal together, with or without Middleton, the Heat might listen.
