The Minnesota Timberwolves have now lost four consecutive games.

The team looks far from the tough, up-and-coming squad it was last season.

Of course, losing Karl-Anthony Towns was a big blow to their offense, but Julius Randle has also posted more than decent numbers since he arrived in the Twin Cities.

If anything, their defense has disappointed so far, and it’s not like Towns was a big part of that.

That’s why, following their overtime loss to the Houston Rockets, Anthony Edwards just couldn’t take it anymore.

The star shooting guard called the team “soft” and stated that they play like “a bunch of little kids:”

“Our identity right now, me and Mike (Conley) was talking about it, I think is we soft as h*** as a team, internally,” Edwards said. “Not to the other team, but like internally we soft, like we can’t talk to each other. Just a bunch of little kids, just like we playing with a bunch of little kids. Like everybody, like the whole team, we just can’t talk to each other and we gotta figure it out, man, because we can’t go down this road.”
