Ben Simmons’ time with the Brooklyn Nets has come to an end, and the former Rookie of the Year was bought out by the team this week.

That means he is now without a team, but he has a few prospects across the league.

According to Chris Haynes, Simmons will meet with the Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Houston Rockets.

Which team would be the best fit for him, and can he reignite his NBA career with one of them?

This season has seen Simmons average 6.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 6.9 assists.

He is producing about as many points per game as he was last season, although with fewer rebounds and more assists.

That means Simmons has been somewhat consistent when compared to last season, but nothing like the player he used to be.

Simmons still has talent, but he isn’t performing like the player people thought he was.

That means each of these teams has a lot to consider when they think about offering him a contract.

Which team would make the most sense for Simmons?

The Clippers, Cavaliers, and Rockets could all use his form of ball-handling and facilitating.

Of course, that is only true if he is performing as well as he can.

It’ll be interesting to see Simmons with a new team because fans keep hoping he will have a resurgence and play like he used to.

But they have hoped that before, and it hasn’t happened, so will it this time?
