Trump-Vance ticket has done combined 101 interviews since August compared to 76 for Harris-Walz

Former President Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, have sat down for at least 101 interviews since the Harris-Walz ticket was formed in early August, compared to at least 76 un-scripted interviews for the Democratic presidential ticket thus far.

Vice President Kamala Harris did a run of interviews with local news stations on Oct. 29 in Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Detroit, as well as a Spanish-language interview in Pennsylvania, ahead of her address in Washington, D.C., and she spoke with ABC News on Wednesday, where she addressed remarks by President Biden disparaging Trump supporters. Running mate Tim Walz appeared on "Good Morning America" and "CBS Mornings" and was also asked about the comments, and taped an interview with supporter Stephen Colbert on Thursday that will air the day before election day.

Harris spoke with Fox News chief political anchor Bret Baier last month in Pennsylvania, marking her first interview on the network, and she also spoke briefly with NBC's Peter Alexander. Last Sunday, she spoke with a Philadelphia news station during a campaign stop in the city, and she also spoke with NBC's Yamiche Alcindor this week.

An interview with CBS' Norah O'Donnell aired on Sunday, Oct. 27, and she also spoke with NFL Hall-of-Famer Shannon Sharpe for his "Club Shay Shay"podcast that published on Monday, as well as the podcast "Unlocking Us" with Brené Brown. On Oct. 29, she was also interviewed on Charlamagne Tha God's radio show.

She also sat down last month with supporter Al Sharpton on MSNBC, and was interviewed by supporter Sarah Longwell of The Bulwark alongside Liz Cheney. She's also been interviewed in October by NBC and Telemundo.

In addition to another appearance in October on Charlamagne Tha God's show, Harris has also done recent interviews with such outlets as CBS on "60 Minutes," liberal magazine Vogue, progressive journalist Roland Martin, and popular podcasts like "Call Her Daddy," "All The Smoke" and "The Shade Room." She also appeared Oct. 8 on "The View," where she made headlines for not saying what she would have done differently from President Biden, as well as the shows of outspoken supporters Stephen Colbert and Howard Stern.

Since the beginning of September she's spoken with Wired, the National Association of Black Journalists, Uforia, the audio network of TelevisaUnivision, and radio hosts Rickey Smiley and "Ms. Jessica."

Meanwhile, Walz did interviews with "The Daily Show" and "The View" on Monday, Oct. 21, as part of an increased media presence himself. He did "Fox News Sunday" for the second straight week on Sunday, Oct. 13, and he also did interviews last month with Jimmy Kimmel and the "Smartless" podcast. He added several Pennsylvania local news interviews this week, in addition to an extended interview on ABC News . He also did interviews with Rich Eisen and the "We Can Do Hard Things" podcast.

Walz, who was interviewed by a Michigan station on Friday, has spoken with Georgia, Wisconsin and North Carolina TV stations in recent weeks, including two Wisconsin stations on Oct. 28 and also this week with Dan Le Batard. He did interviews with Bloomberg Editor-in-chief John Micklethwait at the Chicago Economic Club, as well as one with Barstool Sports podcast "Bussin with the Boys" and Patrick Bet-David's podcast. He was interviewed earlier in October by Fox News "MediaBuzz" host Howard Kurtz, and also by Saudi state-owned network Al-Arabiya and radio host Hugh Hewitt.

Vance, who appeared Oct. 17 on "Fox & Friends" and Oct. 21 on "America's Newsroom," has done dozens of interviews since the Harris-Walz ticket formed on Aug. 6, including multiple Sunday show appearances, podcasts, and interviews with CNN, Fox News and ABC in the aftermath of the ABC News Presidential Debate between Trump and Harris. A previous interview with the New York Times was published on Oct. 11, and he appeared on ABC's "This Week" and "Fox News Sunday" on Oct. 13.
