Tamika Tremaglio Paid $3.4M By NBPA In 2024 Despite Exiting Post In 2023
Tamika Tremaglio exited her post as executive director of the National Basketball Players Association in early November 2023, but she was still paid $3.4 million in salary in 2024. Tremaglio took over as head of the NBPA in January 2022 and made $1.71 million during her first nine months on the job. She earned $3.1 million during her lone full fiscal year with the NBPA, as the union and league negotiated a new seven-year collective bargaining agreement that was ratified in April 2023. Andre Iguodala replaced her and was paid $2.1 million in salary plus $682,473 in "other disbursements." Iguodala earned $185 million during his playing career. Other top earners at the union included THINK450 president Henry "Que" Gaskins ($815,604), former CFO Gary Arrick ($772,678), chief legal officer Clarence Nesbitt ($764,400), general counsel Ron Klempner ($699,720) and chief commercial officer Josh Goodstadt ($631,554).
