What can the Golden State Warriors do to improve their chances for success this season?
The team is still struggling to break into the top ten in the West, currently sitting as the 12th seed with a 19-20 record.
Does that mean they will commit to big trades before the upcoming NBA deadline, or will they try to push through the rest of the season with the team they have now?
While speaking to 95.7 The Game, via NBACentral, head coach Steve Kerr opened up about his faith in the team and their next steps.
Kerr said:
“I have 100 percent faith in our organization to do whatever the right thing is and sometimes the right thing is to not do anything.”

Fans hoping for a big trade or two might be nervous after that comment from Kerr.
He is suggesting that the front office may not make any moves and keep the team intact, at least for the rest of the season.
If that’s the path they take, Golden State’s chances of postseason supremacy are slim.
Then again, the Warriors could shake things up in a big way.
They have multiple assets they can send away in exciting trades in an attempt to put more support around Steph Curry.
But they must be strategic and smart and consider how depleted their bench will get and how much any sort of deal will cost, especially in the long run as Curry gets closer to retirement.
Kerr has faith, which is good, but the fans may lose theirs if the Warriors aren’t able to climb higher in the standings.
