SFS Awards: an evening of celebrations at Campidoglio

In the prestigious setting of the Protomoteca Hall on Campidoglio, the SFS Awards 2024 celebrated the excellence of the Football Industry.

The evening, once again hosted by Giusy Meloni, was enriched by the presence of SFS’s institutional partners. It provided a unique opportunity to spotlight the synergy between sports, innovation, and social impact. The evocative backdrop of Campidoglio made the event even more memorable, blending the city’s historic charm with the warmth of an enthusiastic audience.

One of the most heartfelt awards of the SFS Awards was dedicated to the memory of Emanuela Perinetti—a remarkable professional and a dear friend of the Summit. Massimo Tucci, Director of SFS, remarked: “Emanuela is the Social Football Summit. Over the years, the project has grown alongside her and because of her. Her human, relational, and professional qualities are cherished by all of us and reflected in the profound affection that will forever accompany her name and memory. Her vision and constant insights, always shared generously with others, remain a legacy for us all. The Female Leadership in Football Award, named after Emanuela Perinetti, holds a special significance. Through it, we strive to continue the dedication and immense passion Emanuela brought to both her friendships and her work”.

The SFS ExtraTime startup competition by Almaviva was won by “Pick Eat,” which advanced through the rounds like in a tennis bracket, reaching the final phase after three pitches, alongside the Czech startup Trucrowd. Here is the full list of award winners for the 2024 edition:
