Inter Milan’s defensive woes continue to mount as they prepare for their upcoming Serie A encounter with Venezia. This setback adds to the absence of Francesco Acerbi, further depleting Inter’s backline options.
However, there’s a silver lining for Simone Inzaghi’s squad as Benjamin Pavard nears his return from injury. The French international could potentially fill the void left by Bisseck in the upcoming fixture. In another boost for the Nerazzurri, their prolific striker Marcus Thuram, who has netted 12 goals this season, is set to spearhead the attack once again.
Despite these positive developments, Inter still face some challenges. Forward Joaquin Correa remains unavailable, while key midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu’s participation is uncertain due to fitness concerns.
