No negotiations are currently taking place over an extension for the 32-year-old midfielder. The report adds, however, that Amorim’s opinion on Eriksen’s future will be taken into consideration. Eriksen is one of six United players currently out of contract next summer, including Harry Maguire and Amad Diallo. He joined the Red Devils on a free transfer from Brentford back in 2022, signing a three-year deal. The former Tottenham man has yet to score or assist in eight Premier League appearances this term, though. However, he has contributed four goals and three assists in 13 matches across all competitions.
