The Victor Osimhen transfer saga saw Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain linked with the Nigerian striker throughout the summer. Now that he’s regaining his impressive form from the 2022-23 season, Osimhen is likely to attract even more interest from top clubs when the 2025 transfer window opens.
After a permanent move from Napoli fell through, the 25-year-old joined Galatasaray on loan, where he has been in great form. He’s already scored eight goals and provided five assists in just 11 appearances for the Turkish side this season.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Osimhen’s release clause is around €80 million in January, potentially dropping to €70 million next summer.
PSG activating the Victor Osimhen file again?
With the January transfer window nearing, rumors are surfacing at whether PSG will attempt to secure a No. 9 with Randal Kolo Muani having an uncertain future. After Foot RMC’s Daniel Riolo notes that the Ligue 1 side could revisit their interest in Victor Osimhen.
“Luis Enrique wants reinforcements,” Osimhen is at a much lower price than this summer. He could have an opening, there is quite serious discussion since Kolo Muani is going to leave”
