Daniel Dubois will headline a blockbuster night of British boxing when he rematches Oleksandr Usyk in London this weekend.

‘Dynamite’ is aiming to become the first Brit heavyweight to hold all four major world titles in the four-belt era at Wembley Stadium.

The 27-year-old is the current IBF champion, with undefeated Usyk holding the WBA (Super), WBO and WBC straps.

The pair first clashed two years ago, with Dubois suffering a controversial defeat at the hands of the Ukrainian.

Dubois floored Usyk in the fifth round, but it was adjudged to have been a low blow, with the latter afforded ample recovery time from the referee before recovering to secure a stoppage in the ninth.

The stakes couldn’t be higher for the two’s second meeting, with the chance to be crowned undisputed heavyweight champion on offer.

Fittingly, for such an occasion, a worthy undercard has been compiled to warm up fans for the thrilling Wembley bill.

Usyk vs Dubois 2: Undercard

Britons Lawrence Okolie and Lewis Edmondson have both been added to a card that already featured Moses Itauma.

Okolie (21-1) continues his run at heavyweight to battle the reigning WBC bridgerweight world champion, Kevin Lerena.

Lerena (31-3) famously dropped Dubois three times in the opening stanza when they squared off in December 2022.

Although the South African was ultimately stopped in round three, he represents a stern test in the division.

Fighting just two days after his mother’s death, he had Justis Huni on shaky legs during a narrow points defeat in Saudi Arabia last March.

Okolie, a world champion at cruiserweight, preceded Lerena as WBC bridgerweight king before moving up to heavyweight last year.

Meanwhile, Edmondson, the Commonwealth and British light-heavyweight champion, faces Daniel Lapin at light-heavyweight.

The pair are both undefeated in 11 fights, with Edmondson defending his Commonwealth belt against Oluwatosin Kejawa in March.

The 29-year-old will now face Usyk’s training partner in a non-title fight, with Lapin coming from a credentialed amateur background.

Lapin won seven national Ukrainian titles and a bronze medal at the European Championships.
