90 Day Fiancé couple Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky have been especially emotional as their infant daughter, Minthirarad, is hospitalized with Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).

“What I learned today is our little one is stronger than we know after they took her for a treatment. I was worried a lot because she couldn’t eat,” Annie, 31, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, July 13. “After hours, they brought her back with an IV and she looked at me while I’m crying 😭.”

Annie uploaded a video where she tearfully held her daughter, who was hooked up to an IV.

“Dada’s right here,” David, 56, said in the clip. “Dada’s right here.”

Annie then kissed Minthirarad’s forehead, noting that their baby was smiling when she was returned to the family’s hospital room.

“She doesn’t know what’s going on,” Annie said, wiping away tears. “It’s OK. Mommy’s here. Mommy’s here. Don’t worry.”

Annie confirmed earlier this week that Minthirarad had contracted RSV, which the Mayo Clinic defines as an infection in the lungs and respiratory tract. RSV is especially common in children under the age of 2, and severe cases can cause pneumonia or bronchiolitis.

As of Sunday, Minthirarad has been recuperating.

“We all love you, our little fighter,” Annie wrote via her Instagram Stories. “Baby Minithira, you are so beautiful and strong.”

Despite Minthirarad getting treatment, Annie has been distraught that her little one is sick in the first place.

“For a little one, she so strong. I don’t like seeing her like this at all, but she is a fighter,” Annie wrote in a Saturday, July 12, update. “Now 4:558 am in the morning, she fell asleep after her checkup and treatments. By 9 am, they will have to take her for percussion of the lungs to extract sputum again. We still need your continued prayers for her and thank you so much for your kindness messages.”

Later on Saturday, Minthirarad was also struggling to eat.

“I don’t speak Thai, but they explained to Annie they’re putting an IV in her, and we will update as soon as we know,” David, who relocated to his wife’s native country for her delivery, said in a video on his Instagram account. “She still has a fever [and] the coughing is not going away at this point, and we’re having a setback right now. We’ll update as we know.”

Annie and David got engaged in 2017 and applied for a K-1 marriage visa since she is from Thailand. Their whirlwind engagement was featured on 90 Day Fiancé season 5. The pair got married in November 2017 and announced in July 2024 that they were expecting their first baby together, David’s fourth. (David shares three adult children from a past relationship.)

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed in March that Annie gave birth.

“With hearts full of love and joy, we are thrilled to announce the arrival of our beautiful baby girl, Minthirarad,” Annie and David told Us in a statement. “Her name means ‘brave gem’ and symbolizes the strength of Pisces, truly a shining light in our lives. We feel incredibly blessed to see this little miracle come to life.”

They added, “We are beyond grateful for the love and encouragement from all the 90 Day Fiancé fans who have been with us every step of the way. Your kindness means the world to us, and we couldn’t have done it without you.”
