Ariana Biermann is the first to admit that she grew up on reality TV.
When her mom, Kim Zolciak, joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2008, Ariana and sister Brielle Biermann were just elementary school kids obvious to the drama surrounding the cast.
Over the years, however, Ariana became a star and influencer of her own as her family earned a spinoff show titled Don’t Be Tardy, which ran from 2012 to 2020.
In 2025, the Bravo star returned to reality TV to document her post-graduation life in New York City on Next Gen NYC.

“When our moms were on Housewives, we were kids. A lot of the time, people still think I’m 12 years old,” Ariana exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2025. “They’re like, ‘Why are you wearing a bikini?’ I’m like, ‘Girl, I’m 23. I’m actually grown up now.’”
Ariana said yes to the show in hopes that fans can see a new side of her reality.
“I filmed with my family for forever and then coming into a new city, reconnecting in other friendships from when we were literally children … I’m excited for people to see our side,” she said. “I guess you could see who we are and how we are as adults.”
