Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo is at even price to make a move to Italy in today’s transfer deadline today.
The Red Devils starlet has reportedly asked the leave the club on loan this summer, with Napoli currently touted to be the most likely destination, with a move to Serie A priced at evens with talkSPORT BET.

Since making his Manchester United debut back in October 2023, Mainoo has made 74 appearances for his boyhood club, establishing himself as a key member of the side under Erik ten Hag as he broke into the starting eleven in the latter half of the 2023-24 season.
After scoring the winning goal in the FA Cup final in a Manchester derby at Wembley, the central midfielder started all four knockout games for England as they reached the final of Euro 2024.
But the 20-year-old found minutes harder to come by last season, and has started just 12 out of the 30 league games since Ruben Amorim’s appointment as Erik ten Hag’s successor as Man Utd manager, completing 90 minutes on just five occasions.
The England international’s lack of game time has got the Stockport-born midfielder hoping to depart the club, potentially only on loan, in search of regular minutes, with Serie A deemed to be the most likely destination.

Italian champions Napoli are the side who have been most heavily linked with a move for Mainoo, with manager Antonio Conte a fan of bringing Premier League players to his Italian clubs when managing in Serie A.
Kevin de Bruyne, Scott McTominay (who won last season’s Most Valuable Player award in Serie A), Romelu Lukaku and Billy Gilmour have all spent considerable time in the Premier League and are all in the current Napoli side looking to defend their Serie A title they won last May.
Bayern Munich and Real Madrid have also rumoured to be interested in signing the world, with the latter having explored the English market across recent years with Harry Kane, Luis Diaz, Michael Olise and Eric Dier all having made the move to Munich.
The German side have space for an extra midfielder in the squad following injuries to Jamal Musiala and Tom Bischoff, while Real Madrid’s midfield balance has been questioned since Xabi Alonso took over as manager in the summer, and Mainoo could join England teammates Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold in the Spanish capital.
