Nets Exploring Trading Dennis Schroder, Cam Johnson, Dorian Finney-Smith

The Brooklyn Nets have begun exploring the trade market for some of their veterans. This includes Dennis Schroder, Cam Johnson and Dorian Finney-Smith. Brooklyn is in the midst of rebuilding their roster and would be looking for young players, draft picks and salary relief by trading any of their veterans. Schroder is on an expiring deal worth just over $13 million. He's seen as a target for teams that need backcourt help, especially with some scoring punch and playmaking. Johnson makes $23.6 million this season. His contract dips to $21.6 million next season, before going back up to $23.6 million in the final season in 2026-27. Finney-Smith's deal is for $14.9 million this season. The veteran forward holds a player option for $15.4 million for next season.
