This 2024-25 season, Paris Saint-Germain have discovered that they have an attacking problem, especially in the UEFA Champions League, where goals are hard to come by for Luis Enrique and his team

Midway through 2024, PSG was linked to Liverpool standout Luis Diaz, but nothing ever came of those rumors but now the Parisians could be revisiting the Colombian as the offensive struggles continue.

Diaz is under contract until 2027, but the Reds are attempting to extend the 27-year-old’s contract. However, talks aren’t going as planned and could Liverpool be open to selling the player should they not be able to reach an agreement?

Colombian outlet Antena2 reports that contract talks have hit a snag due to disagreements, which might prompt him to explore other options. PSG are reportedly emerging as a potential suitor, while the winger is still believed to align with Barcelona’s long-term plans.

This season, Diaz has appeared in 19 matches across all competitions for the Reds, scoring nine goals and recording two assists. As for how much the player could cost, Transfermarkt puts the winger’s value at €80 million.
