The New York Knicks are shopping backup center Jericho Sims ahead of the February 6 trade deadline. New York is looking for additional depth, especially in their frontcourt. New York has also moved to rookie center Ariel Hukporti as Towns' backup on a "game-to-game" basis per head coach Tom Thibodeau. Sims is making only $2.1 million this season, which makes it hard for him to bring back a major upgrade in a trade.
