The Boston Celtics are coming off a close win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Bucks made it close until the final buzzer sounded, but at the end of the day, the Celtics found a way to emerge with a victory.

At one point in the game, it appeared that the Bucks had their number, but something changed that shifted the momentum toward the Celtics, which they held onto for the rest of the game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jaylen Brown got into it during the third quarter, and Brown received a technical for taunting the Bucks’ star.

Joe Mazzulla weighed in on this during the postgame press conference, indicating that it ended up being a positive thing for Brown and the Celtics.

“I thought the elbow to the face kind of unlocked Jaylen a little bit. I thought the technical was tremendous. And I thought from there on it, it just brought out an edge in us,” Mazzulla said via Justn Turpin.

Whatever happened in the shuffle worked out for Brown, finishing the game with 25 points.

He and Jayson Tatum combined for 59 points, over half of the Celtics’ team total.

When these two are healthy and playing at their best, they’ve proven to be among the best duos in the sport.

The Bucks have a great duo of their own in Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, which could be an entertaining matchup in the playoffs, assuming the Bucks continue to trend positively after their poor start.
