Jake Paul: All fights so far

Paul started his professional career by knocking out a fellow YouTuber in Miami back in January 2020.

The American floored his UK social media foe Gib three times in the opener, causing the referee to stop the obvious mismatch.

Few predicted just how one-sided the bout would turn out to be, with Gib having previously won his two white-collar contests.

Paul next knocked out former NBA star Robinson in the second round of a rather bizarre fight in November 2020.

Paul made light work of another UFC star by knocking Ben Askren out in the first round of their fight.

A nice jab set up Paul’s overhand right and despite Askren getting up, the referee called it day with ‘Funky’ looking unsteady on his feet.

Next came his first and only career defeat to Tommy Fury in early 2023.

After months of digs and barbs, the Brit and the American finally met in Saudi Arabia.

Paul knocked Fury down in the eighth round, but Tyson Fury‘s half-brother won via a split decision, with the judges scoring the contest 76-73, 76-73 and 74-75 in favour of the Brit.

This put Paul on 6-1, and was a serious setback.

Next up was UFC legend Nate Diaz.

The American elected not to extend his UFC contract in 2022, and he moved into boxing.

Paul stepped into the ring just three months after his defeat to Fury and won via unanimous decision.

In truth, it wasn’t close as the judges scored it 97-92, 98-91 and 98-91.

But The Problem Child wasn’t done there for 2023 as he faced a third different opponent of the year in Andre August.

August was an unknown professional boxer, but he was viciously knocked out by Paul in the first round.

The end came when Paul followed a left-handed jab with a brutal uppercut that floored his opponent.

Paul then took on Ryan Bourland in his first fight of 2024.

Again, his opponent proved to be no match as he recorded a first-round TKO.

Bourland offered little resistance as Paul laid into him for a full minute before the referee waved it off.

That set him up for the original meeting date with Tyson, however, the icon had to pull out due to medical concerns.

It meant Mike Perry stepped in for what was just his second professional boxing match.

And Perry proved no problem for Paul who knocked down his opponent three times on his way to a brutal KO win.

Jake Paul next fight: What has been said?

Tyson will be aware of Paul’s impressive record, but he pointed out that the calibre of his previous opponents are nothing like him.

“He can fight boxers his level. I do not believe [he’s on my level], not at all,” Tyson told FOX4.

“[The fight will be] not long, because as soon as I catch him he’s gonna run like a thief.

“I don’t see how he’s gonna make an exciting fight by running all day.

“He’s supposed to be the young guy, he’s supposed to walk right through me, I’m an old man.

“He’s gonna run all f***ing night. I think he should try [standing toe-to-toe], he’s the younger man, he should be able to handle punches from an old withering man like me.

“I can’t wait for this evening to happen. I don’t believe Jake is taking this serious. I just don’t think so.

“I think he believes he’s the young guy and I’m the quasi-retirement charm and he thinks this is going to be an easy touch.”
