台大學生被攝影師侵犯 她：半夜喂礦泉水得逞 這就是台灣
一名摄影师阿武邀约女大生小美（均为化名）赴花莲外拍，深夜潜入房间，趁她熟睡时再喂有FM2的矿泉水，性侵得逞，法院判处阿武需赔偿40万元，处8年10月徒刑。
小美惊醒後报警，并表示当时「有喝到1种甜甜的、水的东西，有喝进口内，但身体是麻痹的状态，眼睛睁不太开，有感觉到下体部位被侵入」，小武却声称自己意外发现2间房门可以拉开，看到小美貌美且无反应，趁机伸出狼爪，但否认有喂小美服用FM2。
不过警方在事发现场扣有含有FM2之矿泉水1瓶，小美嘴唇、体内也检验出FM2代谢物及阿武的DNA。
法院审理，阿武为满足私慾，造成小美身心重创，恶性非轻，阿武虽有意与小美和解，不过却只坦承部分犯行，加上FM2为第三级毒品，经审酌阿武被判赔40万等情，处8年10月徒刑；二审仍判处8年10月徒刑，全案还可上诉。
