Bismack Biyombo, Spurs Agree To 10 Day Contract
The San Antonio Spurs and center Bismack Biyombo have agreed to a 10 Day contract. The Spurs were looking for additional depth behind Victor Wembanyama at center with Zach Collins having been traded and Charles Bassey dealing with a knee injury. Biyombo has not played in the NBA this season. Last season, the veteran center split time between the Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Thunder. For his career, Biyomobo has averaged 5.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. He's played for the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets, Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns, in addition to the Grizzlies and Thunder.
