The NBA has been a player-driven league for many years.

Players have driven a majority of revenue, as many fans are more loyal to players than they are to specific teams, increasing jersey sales for some of the top players no matter what they are on.

With the league being so player-focused, fans tend to get into debates about who the greatest player is of all time, along with numerous other conflicts.

In a recent episode of his podcast, “Hoops Tonight,” Jason Timpf potentially added fuel to the fire of one NBA-centered environment, indicating that Nikola Jokic might be the best offensive player in league history.

“Nobody has ever been this effective on the offensive end of the floor in the history of basketball,” Timpf said.

Jokic has been nothing short of dominant to this point in his career, and as much as opposing teams try to stop him, it has proven to be nearly impossible at times.

He’s averaging 32.3 points per game this season, which is good for second-most in the league.

Jokic also averages the most rebounds and the second-most assists, making him a threat in several aspects of the game.

He might not look like a traditionally dominant scorer, and he’s not as athletic as a player like LeBron James or Kobe Bryant, but that hasn’t mattered for Jokic.

It will be interesting to see how long this dominant run will continue, and if teams can find a way to stop him moving forward.
