The official date for Black Friday 2024 is November 29, but Amazon has announced it’s doing things a little differently this year.
The Amazon Black Friday sale will start at 12am on 21 November, where shoppers will be able to save up to 40% on hundreds of thousands of items.

When will Amazon’s Black Friday sale end?
In previous years, the Amazon Black Friday sale has continued into Cyber Monday, which falls on December 2.
Amazon has announced the same will happen this year, making it clear that the deadline to add things to your basket and checkout will be 2359 on December 29.
Occasionally, Amazon devices stay low in price for a few days after Cyber Monday, and it’s important to know that nothing is guaranteed when it comes to sales shopping.
In previous years, we’ve seen some Fire tablets completely sell out in the first few days of the sale, meaning that shoppers who’d waited until Cyber Monday missed out.

How to make an Amazon shopping list ahead of Black Friday
When it comes to sales shopping, it pays to be organised, and using an Amazon shopping list can help you avoid impulse buys and get the best deals on things you actually need.
To create a shopping list, login to Amazon , head to Account & Lists and select Your Lists.
Select Create a List and insert a list name and then save it.
Then when you’re browsing items in Amazon’s store, you will find a drop down on the right side of your screen that says Add to List.
On Black Friday, or a couple of days before that, you can go back to your list to see what’s dropped in price.
Does Amazon offer any other discounts?
Amazon offers discounts on Audible and Kindle Unlimited subscriptions throughout the year.
For example, you can currently get three months of Audible for 99p, and that includes a free audiobook each month.
