Alejandro Garnacho warned he’ll ‘ruin his career’ after storming down the tunnel following Man United substitution

Alejandro Garnacho risks ruining his football career after he stormed down the tunnel in Manchester United’s victory over Ipswich Town. That’s the view of talkSPORT’s Dean Saunders, who suggested how his reaction could reflect on United head coach Ruben Amorim. However, Amorim revealed afterwards that he will speak to Garnacho about his tunnel walk : “I am going to talk with Garnacho about that.” Speaking on the 20-year-old’s decision, former Liverpool and Aston Villa star Saunders issued a warning about his attitude. “He’s walking on thin ice, Garnacho, he is,” he said on talkSPORT Breakfast. “If you look at the league table, there’s not a player at Man United who can complain to the manager for not playing or getting brought off, look where they are in the league. “And if he’s, from what I’ve heard, he’s arguing with the manager, he’s arguing with the tactics and he’s throwing his toys out the pram when he gets brought off. “He’s going to ruin his career if he carries on.” Saunders, who previously managed Wolves, reflected on his coaching experience and how he’d deal with the situation in Amorim’s shoes.
